Land is Life - http://www.landislife.org/ - This organization I had also volunteered for Ecuador natives like the Hourani live in Ecuador. Ecuador and Bolivia is said to be most biodiversity of species than any place on the universe as we know it. While working at Save Americas forests organization. I've volunteered to tech support for this organization to support natives located in Amazon.
Save Americas Forest - http://www.saveamericasforests.org/ The latest I've heard so far while reading n January 2007 that two indigenous tribes have been awarded reservations south of the Yasuni Forest but the Horouni Tribe who live north of the Yasuni Forest still need protection.
Four Winds Weavers - http://www.fourwindsweavers.org/ This organization is another grass root organization that Ive managed to volunteer also in creating website and at least getting message out of helping people display their rugs and little education.
I suggest people volunteer to their local organization and lets make this a safer world.
